- Confirm us your payment by phone or E mail.
- We will confirm your appointment by E mail and send you the instructions to follow.
- You contact us at the predetermined hour and date of your appointment.
BY E MAIL

- Inform the patient about genaral health question.
2) Steps ($60 USD)
- Contact us by phone to confirm your appointment and method of payment (Credit card, bank transfer or cancellation in our office).
- We will send you by E mail the questionnaire to be completed.
- You complete the questionnaire and send it back to us by E mail with a proof of your payment confirmation.
- We will answer you within 48 hours during the working days.
BY ASKING A SECOND OPINION BY E MAIL
1) Goals of the services:
- No improvement after consulting others physicians.
- You are not convinced about the surgery or treatment suggested by the physician.
2) Steps ($ 140 USD)
- Contact us by phone to confirm your appointment and method of payment (Credit card, bank transfer or cancellation in our office).
- We will send you by E mail the questionnaire to be completed.
- You complete the questionnaire and send it back to us by E mail or Mail along with your medical record and a proof of your payment confirmation.
- We will answer you within 48 hours during the working days.
